The hole capacity of plants planted on the thousand story stone rockery in the courtyard is usually not large, so there is less soil in it. Therefore, special attention should be paid to avoid the plants from drying out. It is recommended to place them in a damp place and spray water frequently. They should be collected indoors in winter. When moving rocks, pay attention to applying force from the bottom to avoid cracking at the cement bonding point.
The construction process of a thousand story stone rockery foundation is a relatively complex and cumbersome task. Firstly, the site setting out needs to be carried out, followed by excavation of soil, and finally, the rockery project of producing rockery stones can be completed. According to the planning drawings of the Thousand Storey Stone Rockery, set out at designated points. When setting out, the summary of the pool should include the thickness of the pool wall. For the convenience of construction, the outer edge of the pool is widened by 20-60cm, and the excavation line is set out with lime or yellow sand. A layer of concrete is poured every 3-11m (depending on the size of the pool), with clear symbols. For square (including rectangular) water tanks, the right angle should be corrected and at least three stakes larger. For circular water tanks, the center point of the tank should be determined first, and then a wire rope (meeting the length) should be used to center the tank. Half of the width of the water tank should be used as the radius (pay attention to the thickness of the tank wall) to draw a circle. Lime should be used to indicate the circular summary.
2、 The excavation of the pool foundation is very important for the safety after the rockery.
At present, there are two types of earthwork excavation: manual excavation and excavator excavation. Generally speaking, in order to save time, it is necessary to use excavators for the large size of the thousand layer stone rockery. If it is indoor or small rockery, manual excavation can be used. The specific excavation method should be determined based on the on-site construction conditions. When excavating, it is necessary to consider the thickness of the pool bottom and wall. If it is a sinking type pool, the maintenance of the pool wall should be done well. After excavation to the planned elevation, the pool wall should be leveled and compacted, and a layer of small crushed stones and bricks should be laid as the base. If there is a sedimentation tank set up on the pool wall, the excavation of the pool bottom should be carried out simultaneously.
When encountering drainage problems during the excavation of the pool foundation, a foundation pit is selected for drainage, and temporary drainage ditches are excavated along the edge of the pool foundation. Water collection wells are set up on the outer side of the pool foundation at regular intervals, and then manually or mechanically pumped away to ensure smooth construction.
3、 Pool wall construction:
When making cement pool walls, especially rectangular reinforced concrete red walls, a template should be made first to fix them. The thickness of the pool wall is 15-25cm, and the cement composition is the same as the bottom of the pool. When the rectangular pool wall is thick, the inner and outer membranes can be erected at once after the steel bars are tied. When pouring and compacting concrete, operators can enter the mold to vibrate, and use a string cylinder to pour the concrete into it, pouring and compacting in layers. After dismantling the rectangular pool wall, the exposed sealing bolt heads should be cut off.
4、 Construction of pool bottom:
For the pool with concrete bottom structure, if its shape is relatively regular, no Expansion joint can be made within 60m. If the shape changes greatly, Expansion joint shall be made at its length of about 30M and at its narrow section.
After pouring the concrete cushion layer every 3-5 days (depending on the temperature during construction), measure and determine the middle of the floor on the cushion surface, and then set out according to the planned scale. Draw the edge line of the first level bottom plate of the column base, draw the steel bar wiring, tie the steel bars according to the line, and then install the formwork around the column base and bottom plate.
When binding steel bars, specific checks should be made on their diameter, distance, orientation, overlapping length, distance from the upper base reinforcement, orientation and quantity of maintenance layers and embedded parts to see if they meet the planning requirements. The upper base reinforcement is fixed with iron feet (iron horse stools) to ensure that it does not change during the pouring and compaction process. If the steel bars rust after being exposed to water, rust removal should be carried out.
5、 Rockery construction:
Before the concrete is completely set, the hanging thousand layers of stones need to be supported by trees.
According to the rockery planning map, set out and excavate the foundation, and then place and stack large layers of stones according to the orientation of the prior symbols. It should be noted that the bonding method for rockery stones is to use concrete colored mortar, while the bonding method for rockeries is mostly to use cement. The higher the cement grade, the better.
